Shipping and returns
All costumes are posted Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (or equivalent).
All sales of ex sponsor costumes are non refundable in any circumstance so we encourage you to request a fitting prior to purchase by contacting us, to be sure that the costume fits and is right for you or your child. The cost of postage, both ways, will be your responsibility and we charge £10 p+p. (This includes all deposit payments on ex sponsor costumes available soon)
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us on 01625 424053 or Email email@example.com as soon as possible.
All costumes, including plainwear, are made to order and they are non refundable, so please make sure you have checked all measurements and you are happy with the style chosen. If you have ordered a made to measure costume and it needs alterations, this will be done free of charge, unless you have provided your own measurements. You must send the costume back to us within 7 days.
We will always send a full colour design prior to you paying your final balance. So if you do not like the design please let us know at this stage as once the design has been approved and the costume is made, they are non refundable, unless there is a fault of our own with the costume.
