Terms and Conditions

A non refundable deposit of £100 (£50 for plainwear) is required before any work (including designs) is carried out on your costume. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions -

Each costume must be paid in full, one week before the delivery/collection date (two weeks for international payments). We will send you a reminder at the correct time.

If you are unhappy with your costume, we will offer a replacement costume or a refund, minus your deposit, if the costume is returned, unworn, within 7 days.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if you have had a lot of your own input in the design.

Similarly, if your costume requires alterations, the costume needs to be returned within 7 days. After this time, there will be a charge for labour and delivery. Please note, we do not offer free alterations on 2nd hand costumes.

Your costume is not guaranteed beyond the first wear. Please contact us for advice on cleaning your costume.

Im afraid we do not accept designs from customers and we do not make copies of our bespoke one-off designed costumes, or any other designers costumes. 

Please note, plainwear designs may be duplicated.

A design will be sent to you to approve before we require final payment for your costume.
