Terms and Conditions

A non refundable deposit of £100 (£50 for plainwear) is required before any work (including designs) is carried out on your costume. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions -

Each costume must be paid in full, one week before the delivery/collection date (two weeks for international payments). We will send you a reminder at the correct time.

All costumes, including plainwear, are made to order and they are non refundable, so please make sure you have checked all measurements and you are happy with the style chosen. If you have ordered a made to measure costume and it needs alterations, this will be done free of charge, unless you have provided your own measurements. You must send the costume back to us within 7 days.

We will always send a full colour design prior to you paying your final balance. So if you do not like the design please let us know at this stage as once the design has been approved and the costume is made, they are non refundable, unless there is a fault of our own with the costume.  

Your costume is not guaranteed beyond the first wear. Please contact us for advice on cleaning your costume.

We are afraid we do not accept designs from customers and we do not make copies of our bespoke one-off designed costumes, or any other designers costumes. 

Please note, plainwear designs may be duplicated.
